WOW I'VE BEEN ADOPTED BY A WONDERFUL MOM AND SON, THANK YOU! Another small, adult dog, neutered male. This one is a Dachshund Chihuahua mix. Very sweet and portable. All age-appropriate vet care provided.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR LITTLE BERNIE SHE WENT HOME TO HER FAMILY THIS MORNING AND THEY WERE DELIGHTED TO WELCOME HER WITH OPEN ARMS. STAY IN TOUCH SWEETIE! HER STORY: Little Bernie was a rescue from Corpus Christie, TX a city with an enormous population of stray/street dogs. A really nice group of rescue folks work diligently to save these dogs and transport them out to find permanent placements. Bernie made the trip to NY to look for a permanent home a few months ago and she brought friends too all of whom found homes and she was the last of our Texas bunch to go home. Bernie is a sweet girl, weighs 15-18 pounds, and has a soft wire coat. What breed you ask ... she's a Heinz 57 Variety Marvelous Mutt. Spayed, has a complete set of shots, etc. She just loves New York and the Hudson Valley Humane Society. Special thanks to her Aunt Debbie for grooming her to be the pretty girl seen here :o)
